1. Nature of Services

Abir Life LLC provides digital and personalized coaching services, including:

  • One-on-one coaching sessions
  • Group coaching programs
  • Mentorship
  • Digital educational content
All services are delivered online and may begin immediately after payment confirmation. By purchasing digital services, the client acknowledges that access to digital content and/or scheduling of sessions may begin immediately after payment and agrees that this constitutes delivery of services. Due to the personalized and digital nature of these services, specific refund rules apply.

2. General Refund Policy

All sales are considered final once:

  • Access to digital materials has been granted, OR
  • The first coaching session has been conducted, OR
  • A scheduled session has been confirmed and prepared.

No refunds will be issued after services have begun.

3. 7-Day Conditional Refund Window (If Applicable)

If a satisfaction guarantee is offered, it applies under the following strict conditions:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase.
  • The client must not have completed more than one session.
  • The client must provide a written explanation of dissatisfaction.

4. Payment Plans

If the client chooses a payment plan:

  • The client remains financially responsible for completing all scheduled payments.
  • Payment plans are not subscription services unless explicitly stated.
  • Failure to complete payments does not cancel financial responsibility.

No refunds are issued for installment payments once access has been granted.

5. Subscription Programs (If Applicable)

For recurring subscription-based services:

  • Billing occurs automatically at each renewal cycle.
  • Clients must cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges.
  • No prorated refunds are issued for partially used billing periods.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date.

6. Missed Sessions / No-Show Policy

If a client fails to attend a scheduled session:

  • The session is considered delivered.
  • No refund will be issued.
  • Rescheduling may be allowed if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing services from Abir Life LLC, the client agrees to contact the company directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Initiating a fraudulent chargeback after services have been delivered may result in:
  • Immediate termination of access
  • Permanent ban from future services
  • Legal recovery of owed amounts

Abir Life LLC maintains documentation of service delivery and client communications.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds outside these stated conditions are granted solely at the discretion of Abir Life LLC.

9. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Bank processing times may vary.
