2. Services

Abir Life LLC provides:

  • One-on-one online coaching
  • Group coaching programs
  • Mentorship services
  • Digital educational content

All services are educational and supportive in nature and do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

3. Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments are securely processed via Stripe.
  • Full payment is required before the program begins unless a payment plan is agreed upon.
  • Access may be suspended in case of failed or declined payments.

4. Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If a program is subscription-based:

  • Payments are automatically renewed at the end of each billing period.
  • Clients must cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

5. Client Responsibility

Results depend on the client’s commitment and participation.
Abir Life LLC does not guarantee specific results.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, including videos, documents, methods, branding, and digital content, are protected by intellectual property laws. Access to programs is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or program access is strictly prohibited. Clients may not copy, distribute, record, or share any program content without written authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

Abir Life LLC’s liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service purchased.

8. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal action or payment dispute, clients agree to first contact Abir Life LLC at contact@abirlogic.com to attempt resolution in good faith.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Arizona courts.
