Joining Terms and How the Grant Works
1.Subscription and Eligibility
As soon as the $100 yearly subscription is paid, you are automatically taken to the grant application form.
2.The Quorum Condition and Grant Frequency
The grant is not tied to a fixed time or date (it may be awarded every month, every two weeks, or every few months); the main driver is reaching the quorum. Each time 250 subscribers join the initiative, 40% of the profits is set aside and a new $10,000 cash grant is formed immediately. The faster the number is reached, the more frequently the grant is awarded, without interruption.
3.Documentation and Sharing the Impact
If you are selected to receive the ten thousand dollars, you commit to sharing a simple documentation message expressing that you received the grant and how it will change your reality. You are completely free to choose whichever format is comfortable for you (video, audio recording, a written message, or a photo of the receipt). The only goal is to spread the impact and inspire other women with credibility.
4.Tax and Administrative Compliance
The grant is subject to the United States tax laws that apply to the company. The recipient is responsible for declaring the grant in accordance with the tax laws and regulations in force in her country of residence, and commits to signing the approved tax form (such as a W-9 for residents of the United States or a W-8BEN for those outside the United States) and to signing the documentation agreement before the amount is officially transferred.
